School Feeding Programme

Since 2020 we have been providing food for the children who attend Wisdom and St Peter’s Nursery Schools.  The children who attend these schools often turn up at school without any food or if they have no food, don’t attend at all ending up begging on the streets. The programme not only provides a nutritious meal each school day but also ensures their attendance at school. As more children now attend St Peter’s the food programme has grown. We now are feeding approx. 550 children a day. This is a huge financial commitment for us but one that we think is worthwhile.

A donation of:

• £4 provides a school meal each day for a month for one child.

• £20 provides a school meal each d for a month for 5 children.

• £40 provides a school meal each day for a month for 10 children.

• £36 provides a school meal each day for a year for one child.
